Please note:Tickets must be purchased at least two weeks in advance. A minimum of 15 tickets (maximum of 250) must be selected to proceed to checkout and receive a discount. All guests in the group must be present upon arrival and your group must enter the Zoo and Gardens together with all admissions redeemed at that time. Group tickets are only available for groups visiting at the same time on the same day.

All group tickets are final. Refunds and exchanges for future tickets are not permitted.

Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens reserves the right to invalidate tickets and refuse admission due to incomplete, canceled, or disputed payments. All visitors must adhere to Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens regulations.

Total Experience

Starting August 14th, Trakid Nature Agent Adventure is included with Total Experience tickets. Includes admission, Trakid Nature Agent Adventure, 4D Theater, Unlimited Train, Unlimited Carousel Rides, and Animal Feedings (limited) . *Attractions cannot be purchased separately. Admission for children 2 and under is free. Tickets non-refundable. No Discounts on Total Experience
